This conceptual landscape design is a whole yard renovation around a 1980's contemporary home. Our clients already had an Asian theme going with some of the work they had done previously so we expanded on that with our design.
In the design the existing concrete front walk is replaced with full range bluestone in a new configuration. Our clients already had a dry creek bed but it wasn't very visible so we re-routed it to "flow" under the new front walk. Nearly all new plantings complete the front yard makeover.
For the backyard we worked around an existing concrete patio. After removing many sick trees from the backyard, our clients now had the opportunity for sun tolerant plantings. With fences on all sides of the backyard, we designed screening plantings to help hide the fences but also to increase privacy in the backyard. A fire pit patio in bluestone, to coordinate with the front walk, was also added. Low voltage landscape lighting completes the design.
First phase scheduled for installation in 2023. Check back for photos!
