A remodeling project to the interior of this brick east side home triggered an exterior remodel as well. Our clients wanted to eliminate the existing concrete walk to the street and create a more walkable path to the driveway. The existing uneven lannon stone pieces were removed for a new brick walkway and seating area. Mimicking the arched detail above the windows on the home, a half circle outdoor foyer connects the walk to the driveway. A completely new front stoop was constructed with arch-shaped steps. The existing porch railings were restored and reinstalled as well. All new planting complete the front yard makeover. Installed in 2017 - photos coming soon!
