This mid-century stone ranch had bare bones landscaping and a patio that lacked any architectural relation to the home. A dramatic angled theme was designed, which was carried into the new patio/ deck and the planting beds. The long, existing front walk lacked interest, so an asymmetrical paneled front walk was designed. The new entertainment space in the backyard includes a natural stone paved dining area, with a large composite deck for lounging. A fire pit patio pulls guests out into the large backyard. Large, diagonal plant beds surround the new front walk and an existing deck on the side of the home.
